If you are new to yoga, come on Thursdays to the Gentle Class at 6:00pm.  Any class will work however, because modifications can always be made to introduce

       Yoga has the power to transform.  This past July I completed advanced Dharma training.  Pictured below are Debbie and I at the Life of a Yogi 200 hour  teacher 
training in Puerto Rico with the amazing Sri Dharma Mittra! Dharma classes are a great way to immerse yourself into an authentic yoga experience.  Dharma Gentle offers the best experience for beginners, or those looking for a restorative class.  All classes are open to anyone because modifications can be made at every level.  Yoga can provide you with strength, balance and flexibility. 
           However, the most profound benefit can be the spiritual one.  The sense of calm and focus we practice in class, the self -awareness will help you gain

     Dharma classes offer yoga & breathwork in Sri Dharma Mittra’s traditional yoga style.  These classes develop flexibility and strength within a traditional structurethat beautifully incorporates mind, body and spirit.
Yoga Fusion is a fun & challenging mix of yoga using light hand weights, toning balls, and various other equipment, to provide a great over all fitness class.     
The Vinyasa classes have poses that flow from one to the other.  The classes will provide a great physical practice with some  focus on the core as well.  Each class will provide variety and creativity, as well as some basic , and familiar poses .
